1.At first, people who lived in Europe believed that took part in the army and fighted for their country is a houner thing. They thought that war was a good thing and they could get lots of benefits from the war, such as loyalty, adventure, jobs and opportunities. In the other wars, people knew war was terrible, but they had to start war for some other reasons.
2.The war is a evil thing, some people just saw their friends died beside them. They began to realize what was the truth of war.
