From Sofia’s presentation, I think one good thing is the wall can protect Americans, it can stop drugs and criminal gangs from entering the United States and make Americ safer. But it spends a lot of money and energy. The government can use this money to help poor people or activity facilities.
From Benny’s presentation, I thought Trump is unreasonable. I like to peace and I hope this virus is cured and gone. This virus should not cause unnecessary disputes, and it is not a good reason to argue.
After listening to Benny ’s speech, I think the significance of Trump ’s construction of the wall represents his thoughts. It does not really rely on this wall to prevent people from approaching. It mainly means that he wants to limit the number of refugees and illegal border crossings. So I think it makes sense, although it costs a lot of money, but it is necessary.
