1. Children lost their freedom and identity. For example, the teacher gives them their own name and gets hire cut for them.
2. Some younger children get sick and die because of a bad diet and bad environment. For example, there are children died, the school didn’t tell their parents about it. They don’t even know what their children are really like.
3. Maybe they traded their land for school places for their children.
5. Children will learn a new language and culture, the school is not allowed yo speak their own language.
6. Their living habits and things are ruled by the school, they can not do what they want to do. if they do something wrong, they will be punished.
7. The school wants children to be able to speak English and change their culture.

5. Since the white people think what the aboriginal people believe is coarse, they want to assimilation them not only in language but also culture by sending the aboriginal children to the residential schools.
6. As the children have to study in residential schools, they learned nothing about society, so it’s hard of them to live after they grow up.
7. The children when they grow up, the people look down on them so they are not equal to the other white people when they want jobs or find partners.
1.They don’t know which the group should they belong, the indigeouns people or the white people. They learn the west cluture but have an indigeouns body. That makes them confused about their identity.
2.The first immigrants bring the unknown virous from Europe and that never happened in Canada before. Indigeous people have no ideas about that. Furthermore, the children can’t adapt food in residential school and get sick because of that and enviroment.
3. Canada is a big country with virous resources. Indigenous people live there by these resources such as woods, lands, foods and animals. They all bolong to them but the first immigrants just take over these resources without asking.
4. Indigenous people have their own traditions to believe nature. They respect everything and will use their ways to sacrifice nature, but white people don’t care about that and destory everything to blasphemy their faith.
5.The children only can say English instead of their own language. They also forget their own traditions like respect nature and live with the animals or palnts. The west clture affect them to become a white person.
6. Their actions have been ruled by residential school so they they don’t know how to live in the society after school. They need people tell them to live as a indigenous people or white people. Otherwise, they would not find the job and raise themselves.
7. The residential school don’t teach them knowledges so that they can’t learn everything at the young age. It is the best time for them to learn new things, but all they have in school are just painful and terrible memories. Due to thet, some people just kill themselves after school or become a negative person.

2. Teachers abuse students sexually and discriminate against them so that they cannot survive in the society when they grow up.
3.I don’t think the parents know what happened to their children at school. But blindly send the child to die.
