  4. 1.The reason is that the absolutist single nation state is the only modern state model in the world, and some of the original models, such as the imperial model and colonialism, have gradually disintegrated. The first World War declared the end of the bureaucratic empire mode, and the Ottoman, Turkey, tsarist Russia and other empires disintegrated one after another. After World War II, colonialism collapsed. Since then, the nation-state has become the only option for the backward regions in the world to enter modernization. This means that each nation in the world must eventually be divided into one country. That’s why, over the past 100 years, we’ve seen more and more countries in the world, frequent referendums and a surge of independence movements.
    2.Countries can sign contracts to reach consensus to avoid triggering military action.
    3.The importance of Crescent development is the establishment of military forces. It used to be a place where many civilizations developed.
